MTG 2010 Pre-Release 7/11/09 & 7/12/09

Magic 2010 (M10) Pre-release Info

PERSONAL ITEMS ARE TO BE KEPT AT A MINIMUM, 1 TRADING CARD BINDER OR SMIMILARLY SIZED ITEM WILL BE ALLOWED FOR EACH PLAYER, NO BACKPACKS. IF YOU BRING A BACKPACK YOU WILL BE ASKED TO TAKE IT BACK TO YOUR VEHICLE, AND LOCKED IN YOUR TRUNK.

Registration starts at 10AM on Saturday and Sunday for the Sealed Tournament. Deck Building starts at 11AM.

 

Saturday, July 11^th

• Open Dueling- product mix: 1 random M10 Intro Deck: 20 Seats available, 10AM, $15
  
• Sealed Deck –product mix: 6 x M10 boosters per player: 72 Seats available, 11AM, $30
  
• Booster Draft –product mix: 3 M10 boosters per player. 32 Seats available, 7PM, $16
  
• Two-Headed Giant –product mix: 8 M10 boosters per team. 10 Teams available, 6PM, $20 per/person
  

 

Sunday, July 12^th

• Open Dueling- product mix: 1 random M10 Intro Deck: 10 Seats available, 10AM, $15
  
• Sealed Deck –product mix: 6 M10 boosters per player. 36 Seats available, 11AM, $30
  

 

***Due to Number of Players & Rounds for the Sealed deck during the Pre-Release we are using the following time limits***

Effective July 1, 2009

1. Match Time Limits
   

   The required minimum time limit for any match is 40 minutes.
   

   
    

   (Deck Registration is not required for Pre-release events; TOTAL time listed will be used for deck construction)
   

   The following time limits are recommended for Limited tournaments:
   

• Sealed Deck—20 minutes for deck registration and 30 minutes for deck construction
  
• Draft—30 minutes for deck registration and construction
  
• Team Sealed Deck—60 minutes for deck construction
